My 7 yr old daughter accicendally dropped her choice of polish and it shattered. I cleaned it all up and apologized, not a big deal. We were out for a mommy-daughter date. We were told 15 minutes- it was an hour. Then, when we finally got chairs, I got a pedicure so hard that I was bleeding- I had to say stop. Beautiful place, terrible service.
If you want just plain nails they're good place but if you want any type of design I go somewhere else because they can't do designs to save their life even the simplest one
I called ahead because I knew I was pushing closing time and they said to come in and they would take care of me. While I was there they didn't make me feel rushed as I've experienced at other nail shops. Excellent job on my polish and generous hand/leg massage.
I have been there many times. I really want to like it, but even with new owners it is very unfriendly. The last time I was there for a pedi, the gal cut me and said it was because of my thick skin on my feet. At least have the decency to apologize.
I did not have a good pedicure here. My mom and I when together. She had a great one. Over 45 long.. mine was maybe 20min at the most. The guy cut MY toenails off! And I asked for him NOT to cut them. He cut them so short, my toenails stated to bleed.
