My son just left to bike across the country and the guys here did a fantastic job helping him prepare. From picking out the best bike to including him in a morning ride, they were awesome. Very knowledgeable, willing to take their time with him and to always go the extra mile. They showed him how to change a tire, gave him suggestions on packing his gear and they even helped us ship his bike across the country. It's rare to experience such outstanding customer service.
This place is pretty low end but I guess that's what you would expect in a small town. They certainly nice enough people but don't seem to have the skill set or ability to get things done Just make the drive to Redmond
Best shop ever! Paul is simply the smartest guy out there when it comes to bikes and skis. Also, the prices are reasonable and the service is great.
These guys are great. Very helpful and a good selection for a small local shop. Happy to have an option in Duvall! They keep bike gear all winter long, and carry good cold weather options, for those of us that bike year round.
