great local gym
I've had to resort to filing complaints with the BBB, Attorney General and small claims court.
Not too busy nor terribly expensive. The equipment may not be top of the line but it's more than adequate, with a full selection of cardio and weight machines. The staff is very courteous and cleanliness is always top notch.
Used to be a wonderful gym. I trained there with Jami and really liked it. Once Jami left I cancelled my membership but the new owner (Iron Horse Two LLC ) took it upon themselves to continue charging my credit card. I never had any sort of contract or agreement with the new company. I asked for a refund and they acted like it was their right to keep my money.
Really impressed with the friendliness and professionalism of all the employees. Some of the machines I wanted to use were broken but otherwise a great experience! The $10 day pass was definitely worth it.
Loved this place, I moved and it was soooo easy to cancel. Their daycare, especially Gale was wonderful. Wish I didn't have to cancel, but they were so kind about it. Nice family gym :-)
