location is very convenient for me so the whole deal was done in 25 minutes (including back-forth driving) but the haircut was not good even at any Clips standards. i had to fix my neck (she did not clean it at all), ear (not even), even sides when i arrived home. i will not go back.

I have not been to too many haircut shops but from ehat i could gather, GreatClips haircut service benefits from the app and they save the haircut that you had beforehand allowing you to say "I'll have the usual" which makes it very quick. The service veries from person to person however. I would recommend this place to others because I have been satisfied with all of the haircuts I have got from GreatClips.
