Fantastic post office ! Not seeing what all these negative reviews are about and I'd give 6 stars if possible. I received excellent service each time .
Giving 4/5 only because it would be nice if the facility had a larger parcel drop option so that they wouldn't have to rely on having friendly employees.
Unfortunately no zero star option...This post office is a joke, and I'm surprised that there is not more internal audits happening there. Not one single time our packages are delivered on time as planned. When looking at the USPS tracking info, every single time they do not deliver for the silly reason: "Retrieved from full parcel locker", when the parcel locker is EMPTY!!!! Just a good reason to make you go to the post office to pick up...
I had 3 pre-postaged packages to drop off, but they were a little too large for the letter drop. I got there just after 8am and they don't open until 9am, but the very considerate employee who was prepping ahead of opening took them for me anyway.
I have never had so many issues with postal service. Their carriers are frequently seen throwing packages, I saw our carrier throw them over our 6ft gate in multiple occasions, and at least two yards up onto our porch several times. We moved a year ago and are on a different route and at least a few times a month get "attempted delivery" cards even though we are always home AND signed something at the post office saying they could leave things by the gate AND put a permanat note in our mailbox that says the same. Filing a complaint at the post office is difficult and has does nothing. Today I was standing outside our gate waiting for the carrier as I was expecting a package and he still left an attempted delivery card.
Long haired older white lady who works there is beyond not acceptable for a public job. She is mean and openly yells at people yet still works there. I'm sure they do a good job at shipping but it was hard to watch. This is why people hate the post office, no one wants to be yelled at for making a mistake with a form and then have to pay $100.
